We supply Traders B2B. To open a wholesale account please complete the account registration form at the top of the home page by clicking on the 'New Customer' button. You will then be sent an invitation email to complete account setup. 

Please Note: If you have a Shopify account and they invite you to set up an account using their automated system it will not give you access to our prices. The registration form must be completed and we will activate your account. This is necessary to provide bona fide traders access to our wholesale prices.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. 

For EU & Northern Ireland sales please scroll down to the GPSR Compliance & EU Responsible Person section which details our compliance relating to sales in those regions. We are fully compliant with the new EU Regulations.

International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes charged. Vampura Rose Silver will not be held accountable for any overseas duties or taxes. 

Customers within the EU should provide us with an EORI number prior to shipping. If you don't have an EORI number please let us know.

Yes, all our jewellery is 925 sterling silver

Silver is a soft precious metal and requires an alloy, usually copper, to strengthen it in order to make it into jewellery. Sterling Silver comprises of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloy. The millesimal fineness, the system for measuring the purity of precious metals such as gold and silver, indicates the parts per 1000 of pure silver by mass against the alloy. As Sterling Silver is 92.5% silver and the alloy is 7.5%,  its millesimal fineness is 925 per 1000 and for this reason you also see sterling silver referred to as “925 silver”.

No, we do not sell any Jewellery made from base metals plated with silver (sometimes referred to as Tibetan silver) nor do we sell any Sterling Silver Jewellery plated with Rhodium

Absolutely it can!  

100% pure Silver will not cause any reaction but it needs the 7.5% copper alloy to make it into jewellery.

The 7.5% alloy is comprised of mainly Copper that can  react with moisture, oils, perfumes, salt acidic skin, sweat etc to produce copper salts, which can leave a harmless green or black mark on your finger/neck. (See above question "What is Sterling Silver")

Keeping your jewellery clean will help to avoid this.

Jewellery set with Gemstones should NOT as a rule be immersed in water, chlorine etc or sprayed with perfumes or hairspray etc as some gems are more porous than others. Prolonged contact with the above can compromise the integrity of the gemstone so it's best to regularly clean your jewellery to avoid this happening.

Tarnishing occurs when Sterling Silver is exposed to the elements and comes into contact with skin, chlorine, perfumes etc. To avoid tarnishing it is recommended that your jewellery is regularly cleaned with a soft polishing cloth. It is NOT recommended that a silver dip is used for jewellery set with gemstones as this can cause damage to the gemstone.

For more stubborn tarnishing a gentle silver dip is recommended but be minded to read the instructions on your chosen dip to ensure the silver is not exposed for too long in the dip as this can cause chemical changes to the silver.
