Vampura Rose Silver Wholesale Jewellery payments are fully secure and compliant with e-commerce regulations. 

By placing an order you agree that you have read our Terms of Service.

VAT: All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£, GBP) excluding Vat and will be charged as follows:

- Customers within the United Kingdom will be charged vat on all orders at the current rate of 20%

- All other destinations will not be charged Vat. You are responsible for any Vat, Taxes or Duty charged in your Country.


Customers within the EU with a valid VAT or EORI number may provide it in the comments box during the checkout procedure and we will add it to the shipping label.


Our minimum order value is £75 excluding shipping and vat. The minimum order value must reached in order to allow checkout. 

PAYMENTCustomers are required to pay in full for all items sent prior to despatch.

Our payment system is certified as being Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant. 

It is important to remember that the billing address you give at the checkout must be the address where the credit card is registered (ie: the address where your bill is sent). You can still have the order shipped to your business address, just complete the shipping address when prompted during checkout. If you need assistance at any point whilst checking your order out please contact us and we will be happy to help.

PAYMENT METHODS: We accept all major debit and credit cards excluding American Express, JCB or Diners cards. We do not accept Paypal payments.

If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer please contact us for details. Orders paid for by bank transfer will be sent once the funds have been received into our account. All charges to be paid by the customer.

RETURNSWe do not operate a sale or return policy. We will only accept returns for faulty or damaged items. Any other general returns are at our own discretion. You must advise us of any damaged, faulty or general returns within 5 days of receiving the order via email or phone PRIOR to the item(s) being returned. Any item(s) received without prior notification maybe subject to a fee. Please read our Terms of Service for full details.

SHOPPING CARTS: Jewellery can be added to you shopping cart and will be saved for a period of 90 days. After 90 days it will be necessary to refill your shopping cart.

BACKORDERS AND DISCONTINUED ITEMSWe try to keep our catalogue as nice and tidy and possible. However, certain items may not be in stock at the time of ordering. When an item is out of stock we will we will endeavour to let you know before the order is despatched. In the case of discontinued items we will notify you via email. In both cases we will only charge you for the actual items sent.
