Minimum order £75 excl vat and shipping
VAT: All prices are shown in pounds sterling excluding VAT
All UK customers will be charged VAT at the current rate of 20%
Customers outside the UK including the European Union, United States, Canada, Australia and all other destinations will not be charged VAT

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS:
Orders to any destination received before 12 noon are normally despatched the same day
Orders received after 12 noon may not be shipped until the following day

Orders of £300 and above ex Vat are free with Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery - Guaranteed
Orders above £150 and below £300 ex Vat - Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery - Guaranteed = £8.75
Orders up to £150 ex Vat have 3 shipping choices which you can choose at the checkout as follows:
Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Guaranteed = £9.50**
Royal Mail 24 Hour Delivery Tracked & Signed (not guaranteed): orders up to £150 ex vat = £7.25**
Royal Mail 48 Hour Delivery Tracked & Signed (not guaranteed): orders up to £150 ex vat = £6.25**
**If you need your order for a specific date, in order to guarantee delivery on that date it is best to select Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery as this is a guaranteed service

SHIPPING ADDRESSES:
We have a quick turnaround for sending orders so Customers are responsible for making sure that the correct shipping details are entered during the checkout process. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses. You will be charged for any further costs for resending your order. Please CHECK you have entered the correct details THOROUGHLY BEFORE confirming your order as you go through the checkout process as it will not be possible to change any details if your order has already been processed and sent.
RETURNS:
We do not operate a sale or return policy and all sales are deemed final. We will only accept returns for faulty or damaged items which must be notified to us either by phone or email within 5 days from the delivery date.
For any other returns this will be at our discretion and will only be considered if your request is received within 5 days of the delivery date. If authorised the item(s) must be returned using a trackable form of delivery and will be refunded once we have received the goods. Any items returned at our discretion which get lost in transit will not be refunded unless you have a valid tracking number which will need to be provided to us. Postage costs for returns at our discretion will not be refunded.
For unauthorised returns . you will be charged an administration and restocking fee of 20% of the order total. This can be a considerable amount so always get any returns authorised.
Due to Health & Hygiene Laws we can not accept returns for earrings or any items that may penetrate the skin unless they are faulty.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE:
Any items damaged as a result of a packing or shipping error must be advised within 5 days of receiving your order. We will not be responsible for any advice received after the 5 day period. Any faulty items can be advised by email or phone. Any items returned to us without prior notification will not be accepted.
SAVED SHOPPING CARTS:
Shopping Cart contents will be saved for a period of 90 days. After 90 days it will be necessary to refill your shopping cart.
